I can’t help it, I love analyzing the numbers! I like looking at marketing trends and how people respond. Do people respond like we think they will? Does our market follow the same trend lines? (Angels Signing)
We did our own little market research for our Open House activity over the past couple of weeks. What do you know, we almost align exactly with the NAR and Google RE numbers. We had 17 people stop by over the past 3 weeks. A) That is great activity! B) All but two found out about the open house from the internet ie: Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Zillow or a Facebook post. The others either saw the sign ahead of time or looked in the newspapers.

Speaking with a lender prior to looking for homes is the most important step when starting your home search. Yes, checking online websites about payment amounts can be helpful, but until you actually speak with a professional, you don’t know.
