My definition of success: Being a Great Mother, A Great Wife, and a Great Real Estate Agent

Oh Yeah, We Tight…

I was reading Rob Hahn’s blog post over the weekend about Agent to Agent Relationships. It got me thinking about those relationships and the importance as a seller to know your agents reputation among the realtor community. Use of technology and marketing are important, but so is their relationship with other agents. If you have any questions or comments leave a message below or you can always e-mail me:

ThrowBackThursday: 1021 Angel Drive This is the first house I sold. It doesn’t seem like that long ago, until I look at the sold date- October 10, 2006. What! 6 years ago! The buyers were awesome to work with. They were so patient. They didn’t even act like they noticed when my car ran out of gas and I had to get my husband to bring me his car. I told them ‘it broke down’, of course. I learned my lesson and now make sure the light is not on prior to taking people out to look at houses.

Seller Tip: Put the Lid Down

I am still surprised at how many homes I show and the lid is up. It’s hard to explain the feeling when you are showing a home and this mishap has occurred. It’s very uncomfortable, like leaving the dresser drawer open. It’s an easy thing for a seller to do to make sure their house looks the best, and yet it’s often forgotten.
